1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms of Service apply to anyone who visits youraibestie.net, creates a client portal account, purchases any service offered by Your AI Bestie, or submits any form on our website.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Our Services

Your AI Bestie offers the following services:

• AI Snapshot Audit — a 7-lens business analysis with a personalized findings report, delivered within 24–48 hours of completed intake
• AI Deep Dive Audit — a comprehensive business analysis with custom deliverables including a workflow map, SOP templates, AI prompt pack, implementation plan, and 30-day roadmap, delivered within 5–7 business days of completed intake
• Quick Start Guides — digital guides providing focused action plans for specific business areas
• AI Back Office Retainer — an ongoing monthly support engagement offered by invitation after a completed Deep Dive
• Custom Business Assistant — a custom-built automation tool built for a client's specific workflow, offered in three paths: Build & Own, Build & Lease, and Ready-Made Assistant
• Enterprise contracts — custom-scoped multi-assistant engagements for larger operations

Service descriptions, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are as published on youraibestie.net at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update service offerings over time.

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize the charge to your payment method.

Prices are as listed on youraibestie.net at the time of purchase. All prices are in US dollars.

Snapshot → Deep Dive Upgrade Credit: If you purchase a Snapshot Audit and choose to upgrade to the Deep Dive Audit within 48 hours of your report delivery, your $97 Snapshot payment will be credited toward the Deep Dive price. You will owe the $200 remaining balance. This credit is only available within the 48-hour window following report delivery and cannot be applied after that window has closed.

4. Refund Policy

AI Snapshot Audit and AI Deep Dive Audit: Due to the custom, time-intensive, and personalized nature of our audit services, all sales are final once intake has been submitted and work has begun. If you have not yet submitted your intake form, contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a refund. Refunds are not available after intake submission.

Quick Start Guides: All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on Quick Start Guides once they have been delivered.

Custom Business Assistant (Build & Own and Build & Lease): A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the setup fee is due upon contract signing to begin scoping and build work. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. If a client cancels after scoping but before build work has begun, the deposit is retained. If a client cancels after build work has begun, payment is due for all work completed to that point.

AI Back Office Retainer: The retainer requires a 3-month minimum commitment. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.

Build & Lease Monthly: Monthly lease payments are non-refundable. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, the Custom Business Assistant will be deactivated and the client will no longer have access to the build.

If you believe there has been an error with your charge, contact us at ailucidsystems@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.

5. Deliverables and Timelines

We commit to the following delivery timelines when a complete intake has been submitted:

• Snapshot Audit: 24–48 business hours
• Deep Dive Audit: 5–7 business days
• Custom Business Assistant (simple): 5–10 business days from scoping call completion
• Custom Business Assistant (moderate): 10–15 business days from scoping call completion
• Custom Business Assistant (complex): 3–4 weeks from scoping call completion

Timelines begin when a complete, usable intake is received — not when payment is made. Incomplete or unclear intake responses may delay delivery. We will notify you if additional information is needed.

We make reasonable efforts to meet all stated timelines. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete information provided by the client, technical issues outside our control, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

6. Client Responsibilities

To receive the best possible service, you agree to:

• Provide honest, complete, and accurate information in all intake forms and communications
• Respond to requests for clarification within a reasonable timeframe
• Use your client portal login credentials responsibly and not share them with others
• Review your delivered report or deliverables within 30 days of delivery

The quality and accuracy of our audit reports and Custom Business Assistant builds depend directly on the quality and accuracy of the information you provide. We are not responsible for outcomes that result from incomplete or inaccurate intake responses.

7. Intellectual Property

Our content: All content on youraibestie.net — including text, design, frameworks, methodologies, brand assets, and service descriptions — is the intellectual property of Your AI Bestie and AI Lucid Systems. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Your deliverables: Reports, SOP templates, workflow maps, prompt packs, and other custom deliverables created specifically for your business are yours to use in your business. You may not resell, distribute, or license them to others.

Custom Business Assistant builds:

• Build & Own clients receive ownership of their specific build upon full payment of all fees
• Build & Lease clients receive a license to use the build while the lease is active. Upon cancellation, the license ends and the build is deactivated. The underlying infrastructure remains the property of Your AI Bestie
• Ready-Made Assistant clients receive a personal use license for their customized version. The core underlying build remains the property of Your AI Bestie

8. Confidentiality

We treat your business information with respect and confidentiality. We do not share your audit intake responses, business details, or internal notes with third parties for any purpose other than delivering your service.

We may use anonymized, aggregated patterns from across multiple client audits to improve our services and develop new products. No individual client's information is ever identified, named, or shared in this process.

You agree to keep any proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or internal processes shared with you by Your AI Bestie confidential and not share them publicly or with competitors.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees about specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or results from using our services. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your implementation of recommendations, market conditions, and your specific business circumstances.

Our audit reports and recommendations are based on the information you provide and our best professional judgment. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your AI Bestie and AI Lucid Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Your AI Bestie, we ask that you contact us first at ailucidsystems@gmail.com to attempt an informal resolution. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any issue promptly and fairly.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Pre-Launch & Multi-Channel Coverage: These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Your AI Bestie and AI Lucid Systems, regardless of the channel through which services were purchased or delivered — including but not limited to our website, direct invoice, email, social media platforms, or any other method of engagement. You do not need to have purchased through youraibestie.net for these terms to apply to your transaction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as our services evolve. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
