For Ready-Made Assistant clients — basic support is included for the first 30 days after delivery.

It includes up to 2 updates or modifications per month, priority response for any issues, an optional monthly 15-minute check-in, and access to improvements we make over time. It starts at $87/month depending on complexity. Cancel anytime with 14 days notice.

Can I upgrade from Build & Own to Build & Lease later?

Yes — with conditions. If you decide after owning your Custom Business Assistant that you'd prefer us to maintain it going forward, we can transition you to a lease arrangement. The setup fee is waived since it's already built. You'd move to the monthly lease rate for your complexity tier. We handle the infrastructure transfer and you're on the lease from that point forward.
